Great way for families to stay connected over distance

We bought this for family members who lived far away and don’t have social media to see any of our pictures. It has been a great way for them to stay connected to us, and gives us fun things to talk about when we gather or talk on the phone. Image quality is great. The app is easy to use once installed. We have three frames from three different households connected to our app, and have no issues navigating the app and selecting different pictures to put on the different frames. We did have slight trouble getting the frame connected to our phone/app in one instance, but we were able work out the problem without needing any sort of customer support. Overall, I definitely recommend.

Really good, well-priced digital picture frame

The frame works great, is easy to set up, looks good, etc. Everything is advertised. I got it as a gift to my mom so the family could send her pictures. Was able to add everyone pretty easily before sending the frame to her which was great. It was a good price and overall I recommend this frame.

The only downside so far is the storage. It only comes with 32GB which should be plenty, but I wanted to expand the storage with an SD card so I got the 32GB card advertised on Amazon as the “frequently purchased with”. Was able to format the card and insert it, however it seems that the frame doesn’t simply leverage the added storage from the card to expand the internal storage, but rather it seems to toggle between internal storage, and the SD card storage. What makes it worse in my opinion is that when you set it up to read pictures from the SD card, you lose the ability to “react” to the pictures, crop them, etc. Thankfully the SD card was only $6 or so. But still, it would have been nice to have 64GB instead of just 32GB. As it currently stands, as far as I’m concerned this frame’s actual storage limit is 32GB.

Other than the storage issue, this is a really good, easy-to-setup frame.
